You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may have already been processed and sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, making it impossible to cancel.

- After 6 Hours: If you try to cancel your order after 6 hours, it may already be in the processing stage, and cancellation will not be guaranteed.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order within the allowed time frame, please follow these steps:

- Include a brief reason for cancellation.
Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation and proceed with the necessary steps.
3. Cancellation Fee
A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to any order that is successfully canceled. This fee is calculated based on the total value of your order and will be deducted from your refund.
- Example: If your order total is $100, the cancellation fee will be $10, and you will be refunded $90.
4. Important Notes
- Processing and Shipping: If the order has already been processed and sent for shipping, cancellation will no longer be possible. Please ensure that you submit your cancellation request as soon as possible within the 6-hour window.
- Non-Refundable: If your order cannot be canceled because it has already been processed, you will need to follow our Refund Policy after receiving the product.
5. Refund Processing
- Once your order is successfully canceled, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Depending on your payment method and bank policies, it may take 10-15 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
